利用湖北胡集矿区中、低品位矿的精选磷矿生产重钙 ,通过 1年多的生产 ,存在二次矿分解率偏低 (约70 % )、鲜肥物性较差、造粒系统易堵、粒状重钙易结块等问题。分析其原因并提出解决措施 :在混合机中加入表面活性剂 ;加入少量 H2 SO4 代替 H3PO4 ;改造系统溜槽溜管 ;恢复产品的冷却系统 ;增设产品包裹油系统等。采取以上措施后 ,产品物性得到改善 ,转化率提高到 82 %以上。
The production of heavy calcium from the selected phosphate rock of medium and low grade ore from Huji mining area in Hubei province resulted in a low (about 70%) decomposition rate of secondary ore through the production of more than one year, poor physical properties of fresh fertilizer and easy granulation system Blocking, granular heavy calcium easy caking and other issues.
