为了适应城市图书馆服务对象、服务手段,发展环境和使命的变化,本文通过问题导向和原因分析,提出了覆盖读者在图书馆活动全过程的“城市图书馆无‘NO’读者服务模型”,使当代图书馆的服务体系真正适应社会与读者需求的变化,彻底改变了传统图书馆服务YES或NO的服务模式,转向YES或GUIDE的形式,以全过程的优秀服务为努力目标。服务体系的重建过程,也将推动图书馆服务资源的总体整合,实践向现代城市图书馆转型的发展目标。
In order to adapt to the change of service object, service means, development environment and mission of city library, this paper proposes a model of “No Reader Service for NO in Urban Library” covering the whole process of readers’ activities in the library through question orientation and reason analysis. So that the contemporary library service system truly adapt to changes in the needs of society and readers, completely changed the traditional library service YES or NO service mode, turn YES or GUIDE form, the whole process of excellent service for the goal. The reconstruction of service system will also promote the overall integration of library service resources and realize the development goal of transforming into a modern city library.
