根據南京市各書店出售之中華人民共和國大掛圖及十餘種袖珍分省精圖新版,無一不将永城縣劃入河南省,(此種錯誤,其他各省市也可能有類似情形發生。)華東區採用之高小地理教科書中,所附之皖南皖北行署區及河南省插圖,所绘豫皖二省分界線也是如此,(亟應予以改正)甚至最近出版之‘新觀察’所刊淮河及其支流位置圖,圖中所標明豫皖省界亦有同樣錯誤(見新觀察三卷一期第廾二面)。
