目的了解正常人的胃排空情况及试用数学公式描述排空类型。方法用胃磁示踪法测定了73名正常人的胃排空功能。试验餐为面包、火腿香肠、果酱和牛奶,总热量为2776.59 kJ。餐后即刻及以后每30 min测定1次胃内滞留分数。共6次。将排空类型相同的正常人归于一类,分别计算平均滞留分数。然后用数学公式描述胃排空曲线。结果正常人混合餐的胃排空类型可分为:单指数型、线型、双曲线型和Logistic型。各型的胃半排空时间分别为44.7,81.2,11.9和85.9 min。从各型公式的R~2值可知这些公式可非常好地描述胃排空类型。结论正常人的胃排空类型可分为4种,用数学公式描述非常好。
Objective To understand the normal gastric emptying and to test the mathematical formula to describe the type of emptying. Methods Gastric emptying was measured in 73 normal subjects by gastroscopy. The test meal was bread, ham sausage, jam and milk with a total calorie of 2776.59 kJ. Immediately after the meal and after every 30 min determination of gastric retention fraction 1. Results The gastric emptying types of normal people mixed meals can be divided into: single exponential type, linear type, hyperbolic type and Logistic type. The type of gastric emptying time were 44.7,81.2,11.9 and 85.9 min. From the R ~ 2 values for each type of formula, these formulas describe the type of gastric emptying very well. Conclusion The normal type of gastric emptying can be divided into four kinds, described by mathematical formulas is very good.
