上海轮渡在20世纪90年代,曾是全球最繁忙的轮渡航线之一,此后,渡轮乘客量逐年萎缩。面临基础设施落后、线路设置固化、安全管理水平偏低等问题,需要进一步加强基础设施的维护和管理,完善政府对轮渡企业的补贴机制,加快轮渡与综合交通体系的对接。
The ferry in Shanghai was one of the busiest ferry routes in the world in the 1990s. Since then, the number of ferry passengers has shrunk each year. In the face of the problems of backward infrastructure, setting of hardened lines and low level of safety management, it is necessary to further strengthen the maintenance and management of infrastructure, improve the government subsidy mechanism for ferry enterprises, and speed up the connection between the ferry and the integrated transport system.
