公路行业的发展中,人力资源发挥着至关重要的作用,但是目前公路行业的人力资源管理仍然存在着诸多问题,本文对问题进行了分析,并从建立现代化的人力资源管理模式、创新公路行业内部的激励机制、强化内部职工的教育培训体系三个方面提出了针对性的对策建议。
