再生骨料性能一般低于天然骨料,为了提高再生骨料的性能,本文研究了再生混凝土骨料的强化技术,探讨了再生骨料的化学强化技术对再生混凝土力学性能的影响。研究表明,再生骨料通过化学浆液强化后的性能可以得到一定的提升,其中采用硅藻土强化后延期成型的混凝土各项力学性能提升最为明显。在配制中低强度混凝土时可以采用再生骨料替代天然骨料,来获得更好的经济效益和社会环境效益。
In order to improve the performance of recycled aggregates, this paper studies the strengthening technology of recycled aggregate concrete, and discusses the effect of recycled chemical composites on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete. The results show that the performance of recycled aggregates can be enhanced by the chemical slurry strengthening. Among them, the mechanical properties of post-forming concrete strengthened by diatomite increase most obviously. In the preparation of low-strength concrete can be recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate, to obtain better economic and social environmental benefits.
