EBZ75型掘进机液压系统设计及动态特性研究

针对EBZ75型掘进机工作过程中液压系统存在振动冲击大,功率损失大的问题,通过分析现有掘进机液压系统,提出一种恒功率加压力切断的控制方法对液压系统进行改进设计,并利用AMESim软件建立液压系统模型,对截割回路及变量泵进行了仿真研究。结果表明:利用恒功率加压力切断控制液压系统可以改善传统掘进机液压系统存在的缺陷,减小系统的波动性,提高掘进机整机性能。 Aiming at the problems of large vibration and large power loss of the hydraulic system during the working process of the EBZ75 boring machine, the hydraulic system of the current boring machine is analyzed and a control method of constant power and pressure cutting is proposed to improve the hydraulic system. AMESim software to establish the hydraulic system model, the cutting circuit and variable pump simulation study. The results show that cutting off the hydraulic system by constant power and pressure can improve the defects of traditional roadheader hydraulic system, reduce the system fluctuation and improve the performance of the whole roadheader.
