近年来 ,可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (ｓＩＬ - 2Ｒ)与临床疾病的关系日益受到重视。我们对 112名肝炎后肝硬化 (ＬＣ)患者按Ｃｈｉｌｄ分级标准分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三级 ,应用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测了各级各患者的血清ｓＩＬ - 2Ｒ ,以探讨血清ｓＩＬ - 2Ｒ水平与肝硬化肝功能分级的关系
In recent years, the relationship between soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R) and clinical diseases has drawn more and more attention. We classify 112 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis (LC) into three levels of A, B and C on the basis of Child grading.
