CRH380高速动车组是目前世界上运营速度最快的轨道客车,其车体制造难度较大,质量控制标准较高。而KK端作为车体的一种重要结构部件,承载着车钩连接,其结构更为复杂,相应地对于其制造工艺和质量要求更为严格和重要。本文结合CRH380高速动车组车体KK端的结构特征,重点介绍了KK端制造难点及相应的工艺要求,以及实际生产情况。
The CRH380 high-speed EMU is the fastest-running rail passenger car in the world and its bodywork is more difficult to manufacture and its quality control standards are higher. KK end as an important structural component of the car body, carrying the coupler connection, the structure is more complex, corresponding to its manufacturing process and quality requirements more stringent and important. In this paper, the structural characteristics of the KH end of the CRH380 high-speed EMU body are introduced, and the manufacturing difficulties and the corresponding process requirements at the KK end are highlighted, as well as the actual production situation.
