从人参Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer花蕾低聚糖苷部位(皂苷部位)中分离出4个新的达玛烷型三萜四糖苷和2个已知的达玛烷型三萜糖苷,并研究了2个已知成分对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。将干燥、切碎的人参花蕾以甲醇回流提取4次,减压浓缩除去溶剂,提取物以醋酸乙酯一水(1:1)萃取。水相用正丁醇进一步萃取。正丁醇和醋酸乙酯部位均对大鼠乙醇性胃黏膜损伤有显著的胃保护作用。正丁醇部位经硅胶柱色谱分离,以氯仿-甲醇-水梯度洗脱得9个部位(F1~F9)。F6和F7再经反相
Four new damaranth-type triterpene glycosides and two known damaranth-type triterpene glycosides were isolated from the glycosylglycerin sites (saponin sites) of ginseng Panax ginseng CAMeyer, and 2 have been studied.
