目的:建立睡莲花中烟花苷和紫云英苷的含量测定方法,为该药材质量标准制定提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱:Phenomenex Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1.0m L/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:350nm。结果:烟花苷和紫云英苷的线性范围分别为2.56~76.80μg(r2=9999)、2.0~60.0μg(r2=9999);平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.06%、99.07%。结论:该方法操作简单、重复性好,可用于控制维吾尔药睡莲花的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of anthracene glycosides and astragalin in Nymphaea lotus, providing the basis for the quality standard of this medicinal material. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Phenomenex Gemini C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Wavelength: 350nm. Results: The linear ranges of anthocyanins and astragalin were 2.56 ~ 76.80μg (r2 = 9999) and 2.0 ~ 60.0μg (r2 = 9999), respectively. The average recoveries (n = 6) were 100.06% and 100% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Uygur medicine.
