目的:检测研究环氧合酶-2在鼻息肉病、一般鼻息肉组织中的表达水平及其分布情况,深入认识鼻息肉炎性发病机制。方法:利用免疫组化染色以及逆转录-聚合链反应(RT-PCR反应)检测13例鼻息肉病、22例一般鼻息肉及23例下鼻甲标本的环氧合酶-2的表达。结果:环氧合酶-2主要分布于鼻息肉粘膜上皮、粘膜下腺体、血管内皮细胞以及炎性细胞的胞浆或胞膜,呈胞浆膜型及包涵体型。鼻息肉病组织中COX-2表达明显高于下鼻甲,又高于一股鼻息肉。结论:鼻息肉病组织中COX-2表达明显增高,鼻息肉以及鼻息肉病的发病过程中有前列腺素参与。
Objective: To detect the expression and distribution of cyclooxygenase-2 in nasal polyposis and normal nasal polyps and to understand the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. Methods: The expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in 13 cases of nasal polyposis, 22 cases of common nasal polyps and 23 cases of inferior turbinate was detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: Cyclooxygenase-2 mainly distributed in the cytoplasm or membrane of nasal polyps mucosal epithelium, submucosal glands, vascular endothelial cells and inflammatory cells, cytoplasmic membrane type and inclusion body type. The expression of COX-2 in nasal polyposis was significantly higher than that in inferior turbinate and higher than that in nasal polyps. Conclusion: The expression of COX-2 in nasal polyposis was significantly increased. Prostaglandin was involved in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps and nasal polyposis.
