目的:探讨伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:采用伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛32例,平均随访1年以上。结果:疼痛缓解优10例,疼痛缓解良8例,疼痛缓解有效9例,疼痛缓解无效5例。结论:伽玛刀是治疗原发性三叉神经痛的有效治疗方法。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of gamma knife in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: Gamma knife treatment of 32 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia, the average follow-up of more than 1 year. Results: The pain relief was excellent in 10 cases, pain relief in 8 cases, pain relief in 9 cases, pain relief in 5 cases. Conclusion: Gamma knife is an effective treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia.
