人才始终是企业发展的主要动力,在社会经济不断发展的前提下,企业对人才的需求量不断攀升,同时对人才素质的要求也越来越高,而人力资源培训效果评估是企业选择与留住有效人才的重要手段,但是在实际评估过程中依旧存在着一些问题,造成了效果评估的不全面不精确,所以必须采取措施改善人力资源培训效果评估中的问题。
