在使用要求和充分考虑支撑稳定性的前提下,对长头车车门里板总成的焊装夹具进行总体规划。使用CATIA三维设计软件对通过总体规划的各个点的机械支撑结构进行设计。根据设计结果进行加工、装配和现场的使用实验。通过实际使用情况证明,所设计的焊装夹具机构满足支撑和夹紧要求,能够保证车门里板总成的焊装精度。
