近年来,医疗纠纷愈演愈烈,各种暴力打医伤医事件频频见诸媒体,医患关系极度紧张,已对社会稳定带来了不安定因素。因此,国家在想办法解决,而各界学者也从不同角度对医患关系紧张的原因、现状、解决办法等进行探索,试图找到一个可行的方法来缓解并解决这一问题。本文试图从宪法中探索解决医疗纠纷的办法。
In recent years, medical disputes have intensified. Various kinds of violent medical and wounded doctors frequently see the media. The relationship between doctors and patients is extremely tense and has brought instability to social stability. Therefore, the state is trying to solve the problem. However, academics from all walks of life have also explored the causes, current situations and solutions of the tension between doctors and patients from different angles and tried to find a feasible way to alleviate and solve this problem. This article attempts to explore the constitutional solution to medical disputes.
