随着我国建筑行业的迅猛发展,超高层项目施工越来越多,在超高层核心筒结构施工中,核心筒常采用爬模施工工艺,在混凝土浇筑中采用布料机辅助浇筑。该文结合重庆俊豪国际金融中心项目A塔楼核心筒布料机平台通过与爬模平台有机结合的成功实施实例,阐述了与传统做法相比较,避免了传统的布料机与爬模平台分开带来工作量增加,减少了预留洞口带来的安全隐患,保证了布料机使用的安全、高效、操作简单,节约了施工成本、工期。
With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, the construction of super high-rise projects is more and more. In the construction of super-tall core tube structure, the core tube often adopts the climbing construction technology, and the cloth placement machine assists in the pouring of concrete. Based on the successful implementation of the core tube feeder platform of A tower in Chun-Jun International Financial Center Project in Chongqing, this paper illustrates that compared with the traditional method, it avoids the traditional cloth-placing machine and the climbing-type platform separately The workload increases, which reduces the potential safety hazard caused by the reserved hole and ensures the safety, high efficiency and easy operation of the fabric feeder, which saves the construction cost and the construction period.
