目的临床观察慢性肾功能衰竭贫血患者外周血红细胞免疫分子的表达。外源性补充促红细胞生成素,纠正贫血后,追踪观察患者外周血红细胞免疫分子的改变。临床探讨促红细胞生成素对肾性贫血患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法观察38例慢性肾功能衰竭并存贫血的患者外周血红细胞膜表面2型补体受体CD35,淋巴细胞相关抗原-3(CD58)及调控蛋白(CD59)的变化及EPO在治疗纠正贫血后其红细胞免疫分子表达的改变。结果38例患者均存在CD35、CD58、CD59低表达,EPO治疗贫血纠正后CD58、CD59均有不同程度的改善。结论肾性贫血患者存在红细胞免疫功能低下,EPO对红细胞免疫功能有良好的调节作用。
Objective To observe the expression of erythrocyte immune molecules in peripheral blood of patients with chronic renal failure and anemia. Results All the 38 patients had low expressions of CD35, CD58 and CD59, and the levels of CD58 and CD59 in EPO-treated anemia were all improved to some extent. Conclusion There is erythrocyte immune dysfunction in patients with renal anemia, EPO has good regulation of erythrocyte immune function.
