小组当中的“三长四大员,是指作业组长、党团组长、工会组长及教育革新员、物资供应员、经济卫生员与防险保安员等。这些,我队各小组已从1960年起开始试行。经过两年来的实践证明,它是发动群众参与生产管理的良好办法,是一种较好的民主管理制度。在我队中,那个组把“三长四大员”贯彻的好,那个组群众的积极性就高,生产任务也就完成得好。1961年,我队生产所以能在数量和质量上都较往年提高,是与充分发动群众,认真贯彻“三长四大员”的管理制度相关的。现在就以下两方面谈点我们的体会:
