针对高速铁路中高速岔枕与预制箱梁两种构件,通过用早强型聚羧酸减水剂(Z-TGC)、缓凝型聚羧酸减水剂(H-TGC)及消泡剂、引气剂、葡钠等组分,复配出能满足不同技术要求的构件混凝土的聚羧酸高性能减水剂。工程应用研究表明,在需要蒸养的构件混凝土中,含气量大小、气泡大小及均匀与否对混凝土蒸养强度有不同程度的影响,葡萄糖酸钠会降低混凝土的蒸养强度;对坍落度保持能力要求较高的混凝土,需选用不同的保塑型聚羧酸以满足混凝土的技术要求,保塑型聚羧酸的加入不会降低混凝土的蒸养强度。
