北京同仁医院是一家以眼科、耳鼻喉科为重点科室的大型综合医院,每日门诊量3500人,看病难的问题一直比较突出,其中眼科病人就医问题已引起社会的关注。几年来,为解决这个问题,医院从政策上及管理手段上做了大量工作,如提前预约挂号、增加挂号窗口、逐步实行分科挂号等,以缓解门诊高峰的压力。近年来,实施计算机挂号网络系统是医院进一步缓解病人就医难的重要步骤。
Beijing Tongren Hospital is a large-scale general hospital with ophthalmology, otolaryngology as its key departments. The daily outpatient volume is 3500 and the difficulty of seeing a doctor has been outstanding. The medical problems of ophthalmic patients have drawn the public’s attention. Over the past few years, in order to solve this problem, the hospital has done a great deal of work in terms of policies and management measures, such as pre-registering for registration, increasing the registration window, and gradually implementing branch registrations to ease the pressure of peak out-patient clinics. In recent years, the implementation of computer registration network system is an important step in the hospital to further alleviate the patient’s difficulty in seeking medical treatment.
