由于现阶段采出水水质特性变差,造成含油污水处理过程中石英砂滤料污染、再生困难、更换周期短等问题,使现有的过滤工艺出现不适应性。因此,针对目前含油污水处理站过滤罐工艺结构的发展现状、存在的问题,以及污水处理后水质效果,在过滤罐内部结构上进行了改进和优化。本文对大庆萨北油田石英砂滤料污水处理新型过滤工艺:包括齿状搅拌器过滤工艺、集污斗过滤工艺近几年的应用情况进行评价,并作出效果分析。
Due to the deterioration of the water quality characteristics of the produced water at this stage, problems such as pollution of quartz sand filter media, difficulty of regeneration and short replacement cycle are caused during the process of oily wastewater treatment, thus making the existing filtration process unsuitable. Therefore, in view of the current status of the technological structure of the filter tank of the oily wastewater treatment station, the existing problems and the water quality after the sewage treatment, the internal structure of the filter tank is improved and optimized. In this paper, Daqing Saabei Oilfield quartz sand filter media sewage treatment of new filtration technology: including the toothed agitator filter process, sewage collection filter technology applications in recent years to evaluate and make the effect analysis.
