最近几年来,擲标枪成績有了显著的提高,特別是男子标枪。挪威运动員叶·丹尼森在16届奥林匹克运动会上創造的世界紀录已經达到了85.71公尺。我国最优秀的标枪运动員维·庫茲湼佐夫和維·占布連恩柯的成績都已接近世界紀录的水平。1957年运动季节末了时,維·庫茲湼佐夫曾以83.73公尺的成績刷新了全苏最高纪录。标枪成績提高的主要原因是:进一步修正和补充了全年性训练的内容;采用了新型的“具有滑翔性能的”标枪;运动員掌握了現代更先进的投郑技术。这里我們主要是来研究一下現代标枪技术的几个基本姿势。
In recent years, the performance of throwing javelin has been significantly improved, especially for men’s javelin. Norwegian athlete Ye Dennison in the 16th Olympic Games to create a world record has reached 85.71 meters. The best javelin athletes of our country, Wei Kuznetsov and Victoria Budenkoenko, have all achieved world record levels. At the end of the 1957 campaign season, Viktor Kuznetsov set a record high of 83.73 meters in the entire province. The main reason for the increase in javelin was the further revision and supplementing of year-round training; the introduction of a new “javelin-laden” glider; and the mastery of the more modern projectiles. Here we mainly to study a few basic modern javelin poses.
