清开灵注射液不同时间给药对MCAO小鼠血清SOD的影响

目的:研究清开灵注射液不同时间给药对MCAO小鼠血清SOD的影响。方法:将60只昆明小鼠随机分为6组:假手术组、模型组、0h给药组、1h给药组、3h给药组、4h给药组,每组10只。线栓法制备局灶脑缺血模型,采用C lark评分方法进行神经功能评分,用TTC法测定脑梗塞体积。采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD活力。结果:缺血同时及缺血后1h、3h、4h给予清开灵注射液治疗,均能显著减少梗塞体积,局灶功能损伤均有显著恢复。清开灵注射液不同时间点给药,均可显著增加血清SOD的含量,并且1h给药时作用最明显。结论:清开灵注射液对脑缺血再灌小鼠有保护作用,抗氧化作用是其机制之一。 Objective: To study the effects of Qingkailing injection on serum SOD in MCAO mice at different times. Methods: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham operation group, model group, 0h administration group, 1h administration group, 3h administration group and 4h administration group, 10 rats in each group. The focal cerebral ischemia model was established by thread embolization. The Clarke score was used to evaluate the neurological function, and the infarct volume was measured by TTC method. SOD activity was measured by xanthine oxidase method. Results: Both qi and qingkailing injection at the same time of ischemia and 1h, 3h and 4h after ischemia could significantly reduce the volume of infarction and the recovery of focal function. Qingkailing injection administered at different time points, can significantly increase the level of serum SOD, and the most obvious role when administered 1h. Conclusion: Qingkailing injection has a protective effect on mice with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Antioxidant effect is one of the mechanisms.
