患者男性,60岁,因咳嗽、低热、胸闷于1985年2月9日入院。体检;T36.7℃,R24次,P90次,BP130/80。神志清,两肺有干性罗音,偶闻湿罗音。双手背见散在小片状红斑,表面有少许脱屑。x线胸片示:两肺纹理增粗,左下肺有小片状阴影,周围欠清。WBC3000,N67%,L30%,M3%,Hb11.0克,ESR35mm,SGPT95u,CEA16ng/ml,BUN13.6mg,尿常规正常。入院后用先锋霉素Ⅱ静滴,庆大霉素肌注,未见好转,反而逐渐发生肌痛、腰痛及乏力,手
