虽然企业家生命周期的理论提出了近20年,但是很多问题尚待研究。本文通过对企业家特质的界定．深入探讨了企业家生命周期的内涵、企业家生命周期的阶段性划分及其演进过程。本文认为,企业家生命周期不同于产品生命周期和企业生命周期,企业家应该是一个从个体企业家到企业家团队的动态演进过程。本文以此为基础．进一步分析了企业家生命周期演进的模式、动力和影响因素。最后,从集合论的角度给出了企业家生命周期阶段演进的形式。
Although the theory of entrepreneur life cycle has been put forward for nearly 20 years, many problems have yet to be studied. This article through the definition of entrepreneurial traits. In-depth discussion of the connotation of entrepreneur life cycle, entrepreneurial life cycle and the gradual division of the evolution process. This paper argues that entrepreneur life cycle is different from product life cycle and enterprise life cycle, and entrepreneur should be a dynamic evolution from individual entrepreneur to entrepreneur team. This article is based on this. Further analysis of the entrepreneur life cycle evolution model, motivation and influencing factors. Finally, from the perspective of set theory, the evolution of entrepreneur life cycle stage is given.
