通过对长庆陇东油区马岭油田同一区块 70年代完井的不同壁厚套管的腐蚀穿孔寿命的调查和分析 ,提出了套管腐蚀穿孔中的“基本壁厚”的概念 ,从理论上分析预测了厚壁套管的使用寿命 ,评价了 3种延缓套管内腐蚀的方法 ,研究结果表明 ,在长庆陇东油区增加套管壁厚的投入产出比最大。增加套管壁厚的方法已在陇东油区部分调整井及更新井中得到了应用。这是在国内首次采用增加套管壁厚、延长使用寿命所进行的试验。
Through the investigation and analysis of the corrosion perforation life of different wall thickness casing completed in the same block of Maling Oilfield in Changqing Oilfield of Changqing in the 1970s, the concept of “basic wall thickness” in casing corrosion perforation was proposed. From The service life of the thick-walled bushing was theoretically analyzed and predicted, and the three methods of delaying the bushing corrosion were evaluated. The results show that the input-output ratio of casing wall thickness is the largest in the Longdong oil area of Changqing. The method of increasing casing wall thickness has been applied in some adjustment wells and newer wells in Longdong oilfield. This is the first time in China to increase the casing wall thickness, to extend the service life of the test.
