随着我国经济水平的提高,电脑不再是一个奢侈品,它迅速地出现在众多普通人的家庭中。电脑的普及加上网吧的飞速发展,使得今天的青少年可以更为容易地接触到互联网,随之,网络所引起的问题也越来越多地受到家长及学者的关注。而对于网络带来的负面影响,仅仅靠青少年的自律是难以解决的,这就要求我们在鼓励青少年上网的同时,注重引导他们客观地去认识网络媒介以及该媒介上的信息,从而成为信息社会中具备网络媒介素养的公民。本研究针对我国目前城乡二元分割的状况,分别对商丘地区城市及农村青少年进行调查,以比较二元体制下城乡青少年网络使用情况及网络媒介素养的异同。

The popularization of computers and the rapid development of Internet cafes have made it easier for young people today to have access to the Internet. As a result, the problems caused by the Internet have also drawn increasing attention from parents and academics. However, the adverse impact on the Internet can not be solved by the self-discipline of young people alone. This requires us to encourage young people to access the Internet at the same time, and pay attention to guiding them to objectively understand the online media and the information on the media so as to become an information society In the network with literacy of citizens. This study aims at the current situation of urban-rural duality in our country and conducts surveys on urban and rural adolescents in Shangqiu to compare the similarities and differences between urban and rural adolescents’ network usage and online media literacy under the binary system.
