当前阶段随着我国法律事业的不断完善,在经济发展的过程当中各种法律制度都被不断的完善,在现阶段的企业当中员工必须要具备一定的法律知识,因此现阶段的企业必须要从多个角度出发,同时在提高员工法律素养的同时不能仅仅只从外部对员工灌输一些法律知识,其工作的重点内容应该放在如何让员工从内在的思维上产生转变,积极主动的去学法、守法与用法。在本文当中笔者正上基于此种考虑分析了内化理论把握认知的心理机制过程当中,如何在认知的关节点对其施加必要的影响,从而使得员工的思想观念得到明显的改变,从而使得员工更加积极的学法与用法,同时也有效提升企业员工的法律素养。
In the current stage, with the continuous improvement of our legal work, various legal systems have been constantly perfected in the course of economic development. Employees must possess some legal knowledge in the current stage of enterprise development. Therefore, From many angles, while improving the legal literacy of employees at the same time can not just instill some legal knowledge from the outside staff, the focus of their work should be on how to make employees from the inherent thinking of change, proactive approach to learning Law-abiding and usage. In this thesis, I analyze the internal mechanism of cognitive psychology mechanism based on such considerations, and how to exert the necessary influence on the cognitive nodes so that the staff’s ideas and concepts can be obviously changed. Making employees more active learning methods and usage, but also effectively enhance the legal literacy of employees.
