(二)纯油摩擦一、引言这里讨论的是在 F_4(F_4J)——金属摩擦界面中有充足的润滑油的摩擦。由于 F_4J——金属导轨付比金属——金属导轨付具有减摩、耐磨、防爬等优点,很适合精密机床、数控机床、精密仪器及其它类似装置的要求,是这些机床或装置滑动导轨发展的一个方向。精密机床的导轨一般都有很好的防护与密封,极少受外界介质或切屑等的污染与侵害。我们所作的纯油摩擦试验主要是在这方面模拟这类机床的工况。所谓纯油摩擦试验只是指在摩擦界面上注入的是干净的润滑油,以别于在油中加入了磨粒的油磨料磨损试验。因为油本身含有杂质,大气中有尘埃,摩擦中不断产生各种微粒都进入与停留在油中,所以,不管在试验或使用中都不可能存在纯净的油摩擦。为了研究方便,我们暂且把油中各种微粒的影响撇开,留到油磨料磨损试验中去讨论。
