苯菌灵提取物经酸性水解定量地转化为多菌灵,中和后用乙酸乙酯萃取,高效液相色谱定量测定。苯菌灵在葡萄中的平均添加回收率为100.69%,检测极限为0.01mg/kg。在南京和西安两地的试验结果显示,苯菌灵在葡萄上的半衰期为9.6和18.1d,最终残留量分别为0.70和1.19 mg/kg,喷药2次的最终残留量分别为1.78和2.66 mg/kg。
The benomyl extract was quantitatively converted into carbendazim by acid hydrolysis, neutralized and extracted with ethyl acetate. The content of benomyl was quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The average recoveries of benomyl in grapes were 100.69% with the detection limit of 0.01 mg / kg. Test results in Nanjing and Xi’an showed that the half-lives of benomyl on grapes were 9.6 and 18.1 days, and the final residues were 0.70 and 1.19 mg / kg respectively. The final residues of benomyl twice were 1.78 and 2.66, respectively mg / kg.
