目的分析峨眉山市人群出生缺陷监测情况,提出干预建议。方法对峨眉山市2007-2010年的人群出生缺陷登记资料进行分析。结果共监测11 443人,出生缺陷人数153人,出生缺陷发生率13.37%,产前超声诊断14例(9.5%),42 d内死亡20例(13.07%)。出生缺陷患病率前3位分别为小(副)耳、多(并)指(趾)、唇腭裂。结论提高婚前检查和产前检查质量,积极开展产前筛查工作,加强优生优育宣传。
Objective To analyze the monitoring of birth defects in population in Emeishan City and put forward suggestions for intervention. Methods The registration data of birth defects in population of Emei City from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed. Results A total of 11 443 people were diagnosed. There were 153 birth defects, 13.37% birth defects, 14 (9.5%) prenatal diagnoses and 20 deaths (13.07%) within 42 days. The prevalence of birth defects in the first three were small (vice) ears, and more (and) refers to (toe), cleft lip and palate. Conclusions Improve the quality of premarital and prenatal examinations, actively carry out prenatal screening work, and strengthen the promotion of prenatal and postnatal care.
