2015年依旧是延续了往年错综复杂的国际政治局势,但是日趋完善的全球化经济模式以及我国不断深化的市场经济制度都对我国国有煤炭企业的内部管理体系提出了更高的要求。如何在新形势之下,逐步适应市场经济的发展需求,强化企业核心竞争力,提升生产能力,提高煤炭企业发展的稳固性和持续性,需要煤炭企业的管理层积极做出应对。本文首先阐述新形势下国有煤炭企业进行政工队伍建设强化的重要性,并对现阶段我国国有企业政工队伍建设所暴露出的不足之处进行了简单的归纳和分析,并针对这些不足之处作了细致的思考和分析,且对加强煤炭企业政工队伍建设途径提供了一定的建议。
In 2015, it still continues the intricate international political situation in previous years. However, the increasingly perfect globalized economic model and the deepening market economy system in our country all set higher requirements on the internal management system of the state-owned coal enterprises in our country. Under the new situation, how to gradually adapt to the development needs of the market economy, strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, enhance the production capacity and enhance the stability and sustainability of the development of coal enterprises, the management of coal enterprises need to actively respond. This paper firstly elaborates the importance of the state-owned coal enterprises in building the contingent of political workers in the new situation and briefly summarizes and analyzes the deficiencies revealed in the construction of the contingent of state-owned enterprises in our country at this stage. In response to these deficiencies Meticulous thinking and analysis, and to provide some suggestions to strengthen the construction of political workforce in coal enterprises.
