以会计凭证为数据处理起点的信息系统仅仅是企业管理信息系统的一部分,随着管理过程的深化,企业更注重整个业务流程的管理,建立以计算机网络为基础的具有执行生产计划、反馈系统信息和控制业务流程且注重客户关系管理及供应链管理的集成管理信息系统是企业追求的管理平台。运用ERP软件设计原理,以中小型商业企业为对象,通过信息需求分析、设计及实际运用,阐述其构建过程,为该类企业建立ERP系统提供参考性意见。
