员工培训是企业的一种投资行为,企业希望获得“回报”;同时,员工培训也是企业赋予员工的最大福利,是员工提高自身素质,实现自我价值的基础。但是,员工培训质量不高却是不争的事实。本文以提高企业员工培训质量为出发点,围绕在实际培训过程中存在的具体问题,分析员工学习的规律,探讨出现“企业下气力,员工不领情”现象的原因所在,提出了以有效的激励为核心,激发职工对培训的内在需求,同时改进培训方式,最终提高培训质量的思路。
