随着传感器、信息技术等的发展,交通控制的概念已经由传统的、单一的交通信号控制向集交通信号、交通诱导、交通信息采集与处理以及基于车载的交通诱导等为一体的、集成化、协同化的智能化交通控制系统转变。目前,国内对于智能化交通控制系统缺乏一套有效的测试体系,从而造成了交通控制系统上下端设备的性能、功能差异非常大,交通控制系统产品市场监察手段缺失,交通管理的效率和成本得不到有效控制。公交优先系统在国内发展尚处起步阶段,公交优先相关技术和系统的应用是否成熟,功能、性能是否能够满足当前需求,系统的可靠性、容错性等是否满足工程建设及应用的要求,是使用者关心的核心部分。本项目首先简要介绍智能化交通控制系统的测试体系,并应用该测试体系,研究分析公交优先系统的测试需求,并提出了针对北京市公交优先信号系统的测试方案。
