Government departments must stipulate the corresponding salary standards, so that “batts” who are not involved in business can also receive double dividends – this is the worst incentive mechanism. On April 11, at the Boao Forum for Asia, the SASAC deputy Director Shao Ning stated that the average chief executive of a central company is 580,000 (pre-tax) on average, and “I personally feel that it is not high.” With the central bank’s market value as the world’s top three, the head of central enterprises is not paid very much. Do not say that Shao Ning and other officials do not think it is high, and I also agree with this conclusion. The salary of the head of the central SOE is not low, but the nominal salary is not high; even if the nominal salary is not high, it is not equal to the SOE’s compensation system is reasonable.
