采用CD光盘光栅作为表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器的耦合元件,通过检测共振角的变化对液体浓度进行传感测量。结果表明CD光栅耦合型SPR传感器对葡萄糖溶液的灵敏度可达3%(质量分数),理论分辨率为1%(质量分数)。通过模拟不同光栅周期、光栅槽形和待测介质折射率对共振曲线的影响,发现缩短光栅周期、使用正弦槽形的光栅作为耦合基底,都可以进一步提高这种传感器的灵敏度。
A CD disc grating is used as the coupling element of a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor to measure the concentration of the liquid by detecting the change of resonance angle. The results show that CD grating coupled SPR sensor has a sensitivity of 3% (mass fraction) to glucose solution and a theoretical resolution of 1% (mass fraction). By simulating the effects of different grating periods, grating grooves and the refractive index of the medium to be measured on the resonance curve, it is found that shortening the grating period and using a sinusoidal groove grating as the coupling substrate can further improve the sensitivity of the sensor.
