杨木片的贮存期对制浆造纸生产成本及产品质量的影响

通过对新收购的杨木片、贮存三个月的杨木片、贮存10个月的杨木片在实验室蒸煮并检测相关指标,发现随着贮存期的延长硬度逐渐下降,粗浆得率逐渐下降,对14立方蒸球切蒸工段生产成本进行平均计算发现随着木片贮存期的延长成本逐渐上升。对不同贮存期的杨木片制浆漂白后的各种消耗及漂白浆的质量数据对比(分别统计20天的平均时数据)发现随着木片贮存期的延长制浆后浆料的生产成本升高,浆料的可洗性下降,可漂性下降,浆料的质量下降。尤其是尘埃度表现较为明显。在实验室内按照相同的浆料配比分别抄片检测耐折度、裂断长发现发现随着木片贮存期的延长配抄纸张的耐折度、裂断长有所下降。在2640八缸长网纸机上生产55g/m2抄本纸时在混合浆的指标基本不变时,不同贮存时期杨木浆用量相同,达到相同质量要求时针叶木浆配比必须随着木片贮存期的延长加大。 Through the newly purchased poplar chips, poplar chips stored for three months, the poplar chips stored for 10 months were cooked in the laboratory and the related indexes were tested.
