目的探讨曲尼司特胶囊联合中药对幼儿哮喘进行治疗的疗效观察。方法治疗组25例患儿口服曲尼司特胶囊联合中药,对照组25例患儿哮喘发作时给予平喘治疗,缓解期不用药。2个月疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组与对照组在急性发作期症状、体征、消退时间有极显著差异(P＜0．001)。结论曲尼司特胶囊联合中药治疗儿童哮喘缓解期,经济方便,疗效理想。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tranilast combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods Twenty-five children in the treatment group were given tranilast combined with traditional Chinese medicine, while 25 children in the control group were given asthma for asthma attack. 2 months after the end of treatment efficacy evaluation. Results There was a significant difference (P <0.001) between the treatment group and the control group in the symptoms, signs and regression time of acute exacerbation. Conclusion Tranilast combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of childhood asthma remission, economical and convenient, effective.
