目的　制备多克隆抗体并初步用于PTD -bcr/abl融合蛋白的研究 ,为慢性粒细胞白血病的免疫治疗提供实验依据。方法　在大肠杆菌中表达PTD -bcr/abl融合蛋白 ,用所获得的蛋白免疫家兔得到多克隆抗体 ,并用免疫组化染色 ,Western -blot等方法进行此抗体的鉴定。结果　①表达PTD -bcr/abl融合蛋白。②制备了抗PTD -bcr/abl融合蛋白多克隆抗体。③并用多克隆抗体以多种方法 ,检测PTD-bcr/abl融合蛋白 ,证实此抗体效价高、特异性强。结论　此抗体可用于PTD -bcr/abl融合蛋白的进一步研究 OBJECTIVE: To prepare polyclonal antibodies and preliminary study of PTD-bcr / abl fusion protein, providing experimental evidence for immunotherapy of chronic myeloid leukemia. Methods PTD-bcr / abl fusion protein was expressed in Escherichia coli. The obtained protein was used to immunize rabbits to obtain polyclonal antibodies. Immunohistochemical staining and Western-blot were used to identify the antibodies. Results ① Expression of PTD-bcr / abl fusion protein. ② anti-PTD-bcr / abl fusion protein polyclonal antibody was prepared. ③To detect the PTD-bcr / abl fusion protein by polyclonal antibody in a variety of ways, confirming the high titers and strong specificity of this antibody. Conclusion This antibody can be used for further study of PTD-bcr / abl fusion protein
