一、引言20世纪90年代,在选择离子流动管质谱的基础上,Innsbruke大学的Lindinger研究组结合化学电离思想和流动漂移管模型技术,首次提出了质子转移质谱法(Proton Transfer Reaction-Mass Spectrometry,PTRMS)。PTR-MS自提出后,作为一种快速、无损、高灵敏度的质谱分析技术,迅速成为近年来化学分析行业颇具发展优势的检测方法。近年来严重威胁城市空气质量及人体健康的是那些具有致癌、致畸、致突变性的含氧烃类、含氯烃类、氮烃类、硫烃类以及低沸点多环芳烃类等挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)。
I. INTRODUCTION Based on the selection of ion mobility tube mass spectrometry in the 1990s, the Lindinger research group at Innsbruck University proposed the first time the Proton Transfer Reaction-Mass Spectrometry PTRMS). Since its introduction, PTR-MS has quickly become a detection method of the chemical analysis industry in recent years as a rapid, non-destructive and highly sensitive mass spectrometry technique. In recent years, a serious threat to urban air quality and human health are those carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic oxygenated hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, nitrogen, sulfur and low boiling point PAHs and other volatile Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
