Objective To understand the out-of-restaurant behavior of occupational groups and their influence on the lifestyle of vegetables and fruits, their physical activities and so on. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 35 to 60-year-old non-heavy laborer workers in Shunyi District, Haidian District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province and Tongxiang City. The food frequency table was used to retrospectively survey vegetables Fruit consumption, the global physical activity questionnaire to collect physical activity information. Fruits and vegetables adequate intake refers to an average total daily intake of fruits and vegetables ≥ 400 g, physical activity refers to the average daily average intensity above ≥ 150MET-min physical activity. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between weekly eating times and the above life style. Results A total of 3209 35- to 60-year-old occupational groups were investigated. Among them, vegetables and fruits intake was 43.22%, physical activity compliance rate was 55.65%, only 28.65% of the respondents also have the above two kinds of healthy lifestyle. 68.53% of the respondents dined out at least once a week. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of unhealthy lifestyles was increased by 3.4%, 4.4% and 5.7% respectively for each additional meal every week, insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, lack of physical activity and unhealthy lifestyles. Conclusion Occupation groups are more likely to eat out of their homes and may increase the risk of inadequate intake of vegetables and fruits and lack of physical activity. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research and related health promotion.
