目的探讨中年人自我概念与心理健康的关系。方法应用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)与中文版心理健康类型诊断量表(MHP)对243名城镇中年人的自我概念和心理健康状况进行测试研究。结果相关分析结果显示,①除TSCS的自我批评之外,自我概念各维度及总分与MHP的心理性应激、社会性应激、躯体性应激和应激程度呈不同程度的负相关(P<0.05~P<0.001),与生活质量呈正相关(P均为<0.001);②自我批评与心理性应激、社会性应激、躯体性应激和应激程度呈显著性正相关(P均为<0.001)。多元回归结果显示,①生理自我对心理性、社会性和躯体性应激具有不同程度的负向影响(β=-0.13~-0.53,t=-2.507~-9.870,P<0.05~P<0.001);②家庭自我对心理性应激(β=-0.21,t=-3.650,P<0.001)具有负向影响;③自我批评对心理性、社会性和躯体性应激具有不同程度的正向影响(β=0.19~0.34,t=3.406~3.614,P<0.01~P<0.001),对生活质量具有负向影响(β=-0.14,t=-2.577,P<0.05);④社会自我(β=0.31,t=4.943,P<0.001)和心理自我(β=0.28,t=4.484,P<0.001)对生活质量具有正向影响。结论中年人的自我概念对心理健康有着重要的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between middle-aged self-concept and mental health. Methods The self-concept and mental health status of 243 urban middle-aged people were tested using the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) and the Chinese version of the Mental Health Type Diagnostic Scale (MHP). Results The results of correlation analysis showed that except for self-criticism of TSCS, all dimensions of self-concept and total score showed negative correlation with mental stress, social stress, somatic stress and stress of MHP (P <0.05 ~ P <0.001), and had a positive correlation with quality of life (P <0.001). ② There was a significant positive correlation between self-criticism and psychological stress, social stress, somatic stress and stress P <0.001). Multiple regression results showed that: (1) Physiological self had different negative effects on psychological, social and somatic stress (β = -0.13 ~ -0.53, t = -2.507 ~ -9.870, P <0.05 ~ P <0.001 ); Family self has a negative impact on psychological stress (β = -0.21, t = -3.650, P <0.001); ③ self-criticism has different degrees of positive to psychological, social and somatic stress (Β = 0.19 ~ 0.34, t = 3.406 ~ 3.614, P <0.01 ~ P <0.001), which had a negative effect on quality of life (β = -0.14, t = -2.577, P < β = 0.31, t = 4.943, P <0.001) and psychological self (β = 0.28, t = 4.484, P <0.001) had a positive effect on quality of life. Conclusion Middle-aged people’s self-concept has an important impact on mental health.
