焊接残余应力存在导致Q345R焊接接头热影响区产生裂纹。本文基于有限元软件ABAQuS,开发了一个顺次耦合的焊接残余应力有限元计算程序,对Q345R焊接接头热影响区域补焊残余应力进行了模拟计算,得到了补焊残余应力的分布规律。其结果表明:补焊后,残余应力值比焊态下残余应力值有所降低。横向残余应力高于径向残余应力,这意味着焊接区域产生纵向裂纹的可能性较高。为此,对实际补焊修复提出了建议,为优化补焊工艺、控制残余应力提供了参考依据。
The existence of welding residual stress leads to cracks in the heat-affected zone of Q345R welded joint. Based on finite element software ABAQuS, a program of coupled finite element program of welding residual stress was developed. The residual stress of welding repaired in Q345R welded joints was simulated and the residual stress distribution was obtained. The results show that the residual stress is lower than the residual stress after welding. The transverse residual stress is higher than the radial residual stress, which means that there is a high probability of longitudinal cracks in the welded area. For this reason, put forward the suggestion to the actual welding repairing, which provides a reference for optimizing the welding repairing process and controlling the residual stress.
