框架结构的工程中,框架梁的上部角筋、贯通筋常须用焊接的方式在现场连接。采用“窄焊”方法焊接时,由于模具的外形尺寸较大、安装不方便、速度较慢,还影响其它工序的正常施工。我们针对以上问题,对“窄焊”模具做了如下改进:将模具的主体托架部分及夹紧装置全部去掉,仅留下U型铜模。在铜模内侧的中间位置加工出深2mm,宽15mm的槽。
Frame structure of the project, the upper beam of the frame beam, through the tendons often have to be welded in the field connection. The use of “narrow welding” method of welding, due to larger mold size, installation inconvenient, slow, but also affect the normal operation of other processes. We address the above issues, the “narrow welding” mold made the following improvements: The main part of the mold bracket and clamping device removed, leaving only the U-shaped copper mold. A groove 2 mm deep and 15 mm wide was machined in the middle of the inside of the copper mold.
