用最终产品的粒度组成与晶体生长速率结合的方法研究了 APT 成核速率。通过图解法和计算,得出了不同溶液组成、加热强度和搅拌转速下 APT 结晶成核期、最大成核速率出现时间、成核速率最大值、生成晶核总数、最大可能粒径、成核期结束时的固相析出率等特征参数。并探讨了各种条件的影响机理.研究表明,NH_4Cl 掺入使 APT 成核速率加快、成核期延长.快速搅拌引起 APT成核中后期二次晶核大量产生.
The APT nucleation rate was studied by combining the grain size composition of the final product with the crystal growth rate. By means of graphic method and calculation, the APT crystal nucleation period, the maximum nucleation rate, the maximum nucleation rate, the total number of generated nuclei, the maximum possible particle size and the nucleation rate of APT crystals under different composition of solution, heating intensity and stirring speed were obtained. The end of the solid phase precipitation rate and other characteristic parameters. The mechanism of the influence of various conditions was also discussed.The results showed that the incorporation of NH_4Cl accelerates the nucleation rate of APT and prolongs the nucleation period.Quick stirring causes a large number of secondary nuclei to nucleate during the late stage of APT nucleation.
