[目的]调查分析某铅酸蓄电池企业生产工艺改造后铅烟、铅尘危害控制效果。[方法]通过现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测,分析工艺改造对铅烟、铅尘浓度的控制效果。[结果]该企业工艺改造措施包括淘汰手工作业工序和职业病危害严重的工艺设备,对产生不同危害的区域进行相互隔离、独立布置、以及增设多种类型的局部抽排风净化系统和密封措施。现场检测结果显示,改造后作业场所工人接触的铅烟、铅尘浓度均符合国家职业接触限值的要求,且较改造前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]该项目的工艺改造措施有效地控制了铅烟和铅尘的产生量,降低了劳动者接触浓度,技术改造效果明显,值得推广。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the control effect of lead and lead dust hazard after the transformation of production process of a lead-acid battery enterprise. [Methods] Through the investigation of occupational health and the detection of occupational hazards in the field, the control effects of technological transformation on the concentration of lead and lead dust were analyzed. [Result] The technological transformation measures of the enterprise included the elimination of manual operation procedures and serious process equipment of occupational diseases, the isolation and independent arrangement of the regions with different hazards, and the establishment of various types of local extraction and exhaust air purification systems and sealing measures. The result of on-site test showed that the lead smoke and the lead dust exposed by the workers at the worksite after the renovation meet the requirements of the national occupational exposure limit, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The technological transformation measures of the project effectively controlled the production of lead smoke and lead dust, reduced the worker exposure concentration, and the effect of technological transformation was obvious and worthy to be popularized.
