由清华大学研制的32位嵌入式微处理器THUMP近日一次流片成功并通过技术鉴定,专家鉴定结果表明,THUMP芯片是目前国内工作频率最高的微处理器,最高工作频率可达500MHz,功耗小于0.5瓦。据了解,THUMP微处理器项目由国家“863”计划超大规模集成电路设计重大专项和清华大学“985”计划共同资助,由清华大学信息技术研究院、计算机科学与技术系和微电子学研究所联合承担。
Recently, THUMP, a 32-bit embedded microprocessor developed by Tsinghua University, was successfully passed and passed the technical appraisal.
